Senior Consultant
Richard Scott is a Senior Consultant for PCI and holds a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Since 1971, Richard has provided consulting services to companies throughout the United States. He is also a Professor of Psychology and has taught a number of courses at the university level, including Psychological Testing, Developing Interviewing Skills, and Advanced Industrial Psychology. He has over 25 years of experience working with executives and managers in improving the hiring function and in compliance with Civil Rights and Equal Employment regulations. |
| Richard has provided a myriad of services that include individual and executive assessments; attitude and climate surveys; training in interviewing skills, EEO compliance, exit interviews, and supervisory management skills; job analysis, job design, and job evaluation; compensation studies; and psychological test construction. |
