Director of Assessment Services
Keith received his doctorate in psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 and is currently PCI’s Director of Assessment Services. Keith has been with PCI since 2005 and has conducted over 800 assessments for positions ranging from the professional to executive level. Keith has provided assessment services for domestic and international organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. In addition to the delivery of individual assessment services, Keith is responsible for test selection and research, training new assessors, disseminating the latest scientific research to senior assessors, conducting a peer review of reports for accuracy and consistency, and maintaining the overall integrity of PCI’s assessment process. Keith is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society of Consulting Psychology, and the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association. |
