Senior Consultant
Andy Meibaum is a Senior Consultant for PCI. In 1993, Andy earned his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University. For more than 15 years, he has worked as an internal or external consultant for businesses in a variety of industries.
Andy formerly headed the Human Resources Development group for Amerada Hess Corporation, an international oil and gas company headquartered in New York. |
He led a team of internal consultants in the United States and the United Kingdom. Among other accomplishments, Andy and his team created a succession management process for the top 40 positions in the corporation, a leadership development program targeting the top 100 high-potential employees, designed a performance management system for all employees worldwide, and implemented the company’s first global, corporate-wide employee survey.
Andy has previously worked for Anheuser-Busch and for Harris Corporation. He has also consulted with companies in such industries as healthcare, banking, telecommunications, and food service. In addition, Andy has held appointments as adjunct professor at Xavier University, Florida Institute of Technology, and the University of Houston, where he designed and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Team Development, Organization Development and Training, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is also a member of the American Psychological Society and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
