In-depth Assessment
Pre-hire assessment for executives, managers and professionals: When you are making key hiring and promotion decisions, be sure that the money you are investing in training, salary and benefits will get the results you want. Let PCIs Consultants use their 45 years of experience in predicting success and avoiding hiring mistakes work for you. Assessments range from _ day to full day and are priced according to the salary level of the candidate. Your organization can receive feedback on your candidate the day of the assessment and will receive an in-depth written report within 3 business days of the assessment. In addition, developmental reports for the candidate are available for an additional fee. The following options for conducting assessments are available:
- On site at PCIs office in RIDC Park in Pittsburgh, where the candidate will be given a battery of tests and be interviewed by a PCI Consultant as well as receive feedback following the assessment. Feedback is available the day of the assessment and detailed reports within 3 business days. PCI has been doing this type of assessment in Pittsburgh for 45 years with great professionalism and outstanding results.
- At a PCI partner office in one of several major city locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. PCI has developed partnerships with other consultants and consulting firms, which allow your candidates to be tested in a professional setting using PCI assessment tools. Candidates are interviewed via telephone by a PCI Consultant and their results are available the next business day, with the written report available within 3 business days.
- In certain situations, PCI will come to Your Office and test your candidates or train your staff (outside of Pittsburgh area only) to test your candidates in situations where it is not feasible for the candidate to come to our offices. Interviews would be conducted on the telephone by a PCI Consultant, and feedback is available the next business day.
- On line via a secure testing site. PCI has partnered with established test publishers to provide online assessments, which can be completed online from any location where the candidate would have Internet access. This assessment, though not offering the same level of detail about the candidate as the above options, is a good tool for determining if the time and expense of bringing a remote candidate to your office is of good value. In this scenario, feedback is available immediately following completion of the assessment.
Entry Level/Hourly Testing
PCI has partnered with established test publishers to provide traditional and online assessments and, therefore offers valid and predictive assessments that are used to predict performance, customer service ability, honesty, attitude toward substance abuse, etc. Depending on the position and the method of delivery, PCI will use the most appropriate test to ensure that your needs are met in the most cost-effective way possible. Detailed information on the validity and effectiveness of PCI tests are available upon request, however all instruments have long histories of predicting top performance, reducing turnover and avoiding litigation. PCI testing can be delivered in a variety of ways:
- Onsite at your location in Paper and Pencil format with reusable booklets. PCI will train your administrative staff to proctor tests and can offer a variety of scoring options including mail, telephone and online scoring. Also, for an additional fee and travel expenses (if any) PCI will administer and score tests at any location that you would require. Results are available either the same day or the following depending on scoring option desired.
- Online on the World Wide Web. Candidates can be directed to a testing Web site (or your company Web Site) apply online, complete an online interview, and (if desired) take an un-proctored assessment that gives you the data you need to decide if you would want to interview that candidate or put him or her through additional assessment. Recruiters and Hiring Managers are immediately notified regarding successful candidates and applicant tracking is included. In addition, online interview guides are generated based on candidate results that allow you to probe deeper into areas of potential concern.
